COMPACT SUBSTATIONS

ELTE-SC Series compact transformer substations (E-House) are manufactured according to IEC 62271-202 standard for power distribution and oil and gas applications in hazardous area class (Zone2). It can be equipped with special operation and security systems for harsh environmental conditions. ELTE-SC Series compact transformer centers are produced in three different types according to the material used:

ELTE-SC1 : Steel Sheet
ELTE-SC2 : Sandwich Panel
ELTE-SC3 : Container

ELTE-SC Series has a compartmentalized design for MV Switchgear, LV Switchgear, Transformer, Emergency Supply and Batteries in sizes and features appropriate to the need. In addition, it is equipped with a heating/cooling system, fire and smoke detection system, fire extinguishing system, communication system, interior and exterior lighting, socket outlets, grounding and floor insulation as required.

Thermal insulation is provided by using glass or rock wool between the walls of compact transformer substations, which can be produced in different thicknesses depending on the project requirements. ELTE-SC Series compact substations can be designed as skid type or mobile on semi-trailers up to IP54 protection class.
